Givens Recognized at NASA “Spinoff Day on the Hill 2010”
Givens Marine Survival Company’s technology partnership with NASA was highlighted at a Capital Hill Ceremony on May 20, 2010. NASA Administrator Gen. Charles Bolden, USMC (Ret.) and NASA’s chief technologist Dr. Bobby Braun where joined by Congresswoman Suzanne Kosmas of Florida, the sponsor of the event, and other Members of Congress who greeted the attendees. Lori Perrino, Vice President of Sales, displayed the life raft and explained a number of its features highlighting those that are direct NASA “spinoff.”
